How we can make that happen

At Clerysys we have a focus on recruiting people not only experienced in IBM technologies, but also those who have gained that experience in large, complex operational and project environments. For this reason we have typically looked offshore for the skills required for building our business and supporting our customers – today at least 40% of Clerysys staff have been recruited from, or have gained significant experience, in an offshore environment.

This means out clients have access to experienced, senior consultants, typically with multiple technology certifications across greater than one IBM brand (such as WebSphere and DB2). We believe this experience, in conjunction with the processes and methodologies we employ for project delivery, translates directly into successful customer engagements and successful delivery of projects for our customers.

At a company level, we have a significant focus on ensuring that our staff are trained and certified in at least two IBM brands, and to this end we have formal training plans in place for all consultants.
